The amount of $15.10 was deducted for prescription drug plan. I do not have a plan this year at all. My monthly deposit should be $1,201.10 -- not $1,170.90 which was deposited to my account on January 3. This same problem happened last year, but the error was corrected before the deposit was made. Please remove that deduction from my monthly deposit and reimburse for this month. Thank you! My New Benefit Amount statement received in December is incorrect.
