We were married 12 years and I was 56 when she died. I remarried at age 58 and divorced at age 59. I'm currently 61 and receiving retirement from the Federal Government and working parttime. Am I eligible to draw from her social security since she only received social security for 3 years before she passed away? If so, when am I eligible to draw it and what percent of her's will I get?
