incoming donations should be collected and then used to create a training program for the members. Soliciting suggestions from them for them as well, gather and discuss what can be a priority in the program. Do it as a request from them. Let them do the program, because it was what they would do in their old age. Ideally the program will be a program of activities that they like to fill his retirement.
