I as of yet have not been able to locate to document that I have signed for proof. Everyone I have asked has no knowledge of this practice from the receiving point of view except my Mother In Law. Her Father signed the document and when he died a couple of years ago Medical attempted to take his home from the family. My Mother in Law had to pay a huge amount of money to keep the house.I pray that This does not happen to me....
