She has been working and paying taxes for about a year and has been living in California with my son about 2 years. They are married. My son, who is 40, was born in the U.S. and has been working and paying taxes for over 20 years. My daughter in law was just diagnosed with complete kidney failure and is getting dialysis and will need a transplant.She is on my son's insurance from work, but I am wondering if she can get medicare to help with the huge costs. my daughter- in – law is a 24 year old woman with a green card.
