Should I keep my United Health Care Banner East Valley through Medicare and purchase a Supplement as well?
My Pain Management Doctor does not take the Banner East Valley through United Health, however some of the situations I find myself in do accept AARP United Health Banner East Valley. Is it a good idea to carry "both" carriers? I am a widow my husband died 6 years ago at age 48 from Cancer and I am not sure how these Policies work. Should I keep "both" Medicare and also purchase the Supplemental? Thanks for your help.

First of all I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Kudos
